Unprofessional is their core strength, they promise you the salary at the time of interview but don't fulfill that ,I have follow them atleast for 15 months no response ,they will give you designation change & responsibilities but will not have salary revision. no job security, hired in December and without any project they laid off just in 1 months, no notice period. Salary also deducted with no reason. No compensation as company is not able to bring project.

If you're knowledgeable Ready to handle your project without any support, then you will not face any problem Otherwise without proper training you will be deployed to the project and suffer alot Salary will be paid on time
