Gave three stars as an overall rating because of ALTEN "Parent Company" otherwise Calsoft's Recruitment does not deserve even below ZERO because of the toxic environment. I reported to Jayalakshmi for 6 months. I faced the worst ever experience in my 8 years career when I joined ACL, she is the worst ever manager I experienced and now I have 12 years of experience she still holds the title of being the worst, she has no trust in his subordinates, she eats closures from interns to earn incentives, should would not to work with agencies it is because she would take closures from them. Her communication was below par with any standards, she would use a lot of informal sentences. E.G. We have to ping pong and palay palay with the Sales team to get more closures. ACL was acquired by ALTEN a French MNC but ACL borrowed ZERO values from them. ACL is a typical body shopping company, 80% of their business is from client deployment, and they have ZERO bench policy for deployed applicants hence if Recruiter tells you 3 Months it is a half-truth because 3 months is meant only for 20% of employee which are in inhouse projects
