Salary was good enough, work life balance was good for 75% of the time and same was the case with working hours, during the initial days we were given flexibility in starting/endin work hours.

No holiday bonus/coupons/gifts, our batch didn't get welcome kit, they always forgot about any goodies that came for us, no increment in the first quarter of the new financial year, work life balance was bad for the last 25% of the time, strict login/logout times during my last 3-4 months, worked 6 sometimes 7 days a week for more than a month, they forgot to give me my experience letter, office politics was very bad in my location....Read More

There is nothing i can mention GOOD about working in ACL because there aren't any.

Dislikes

There is no job security at all. As soon as the client project is over they ask you to leave within couple of weeks. They don't have any other project to accommodate you...then will HR keeps ask to resign..if you resist they say we will terminate with xyz reasons but will you give it on paper that the project is over hence we are reliving you....highly recommend this company not to join.

I worked at client location, hence nothing did I see apart from getting monthly salary.

They do not have sufficient clients so job security is a big big problem. They can ask you to resign on a very short notice. Account managers are not well trained to deal tough situations.
