I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Falls promises. Surprised to see a organisation where at leadership level also people don’t hesitate giving falls promise at the time of joining.

Dislikes

Hostile environment. After you join every thing changes you will be threatened to achieve something that’s impossible. Organisation current main focus is professional services and the rate they get is very low.

I worked at client location, hence nothing did I see apart from getting monthly salary.

Dislikes

They do not have sufficient clients so job security is a big big problem. They can ask you to resign on a very short notice. Account managers are not well trained to deal tough situations.
