One word to sum it all - challenging. Have learnt to very effectively manage time by micromanaging. Work life balance is great as most times I get to work from home hence more time for myself. Regular morning shifts. I certainly get lot to learn about managing stuff, as I get cornered by multiple responsibilies, production, recruitment, training. Salary appraisals probably not commensurate with measurement of responsibilities - personal opinion. Saturated growth.

Work Details

My work is very challenging as I take care of three major responsibilities. Production management, recruitment and training both in-house and fresh inexperienced trainees. Others areas of work - employee greviance mgt, retention tactics etc. Etc etc etc

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
