Nothing. The work culture is horrible. Management themselves have least idea about the work but they expect quality from the writers. There is no recognition of the work done, promotion is based on the convenience of the management and not on someone's capability. Most importantly the salary is the lowest that a company can pay to ac ademic writer. You need to beg for incentive every month. No feedback is given and one day they will fire you based on lack of quality in work whereas they will give you work out of your background and expect you excel in that work. It is just a team of mismanaged people sitting in power and doing nothing for the benefit of employees. They are simply quantity concerned and not quality concerned. Everything, my first job with this company and a real horrible experience. No time management, no value, no motivation, no respect, just work and that too they will give you task which is not of your background and expect you to write with quality. The managers have not been promoted to the position on basis of experience rather the management had to make someone or the other that's why they randomly select people for promotion<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Disgusting. No work life balance. Managers will just ask for the work withing deadline and the deadline set is also very less but they expect you to write perfect within such a short period of time.
