...n is based on the convenience of the management and not on someone's capability. Most importantly the salary is the lowest that a company can pay to academic writer. You need to beg for incentive every month. No feedback is given and one day they will fire you based on lack of quality in work whereas they will give you work out of your background and expect you excel in that work. It is just a team of mismanaged people sitting in power and doing nothing for the benefit of employees. They are simply quantity concerned and not quality concerned. They seriously need to learn how to manage academic content writing and the writers!

... management needs training on how to run a business and how to manage employees. Worst work culture! No recognition for hard work, no bonus no appraisal, instead you'll face a deduction in salary for no reason. They just make excuses and false promises daily. Would highly recommend not to join. Lowest salary for being an academic writer.

The current CTO is a big time career killer , remove the CTO first , he thinks that Elon Musk but he is no where close to him , cannot even run a company properly and successfully ends the career of fresher software developers. After removing the CTO , remove the Vice President , he is the "Father of Favouritism" , he only favours his favourite people , he can go to extreme to save the careers of his favourite people. Overall this company is being run by a group of career killers and politically motivated people . Then come the directors of the company , they think that they are young generation multi millionaries but they are nothing but complete brainless , they call themseleves engineers but dont have any knowledge of IT instead running content writing company , then why calling yourself engineers just because it sounds cool to address yourself as engineers. Please dont open a company just because you want to , or else open a company but dont hire anyone , do all by yourself , just dont experiement your company by hiring freshers and then eventually ending their career or putting them in such a situation that they need to go back 1 or 2 years back and start from the beginning. You people have never been in such situation because you people are millionaires , put yourself in the shoes of freshers then you will realise how it feels to remain jobless after getting laid off because of company's wrong decision and politics by some inexperienced founders and brainless management.
