Being joined as a freshers I have learned a ton of things that I doubt I could learn from any organization. We've got some friendly managers and seniors who are there to help you out in any given situation. The management is dealing their best to make the employee happy, specially by introducing unlimited Cold Drinks, Snacks and others. The best part is that we have 5 working days only. Moreover, the leave policy is also flexible and you wouldn't be asked twice for reason of your leave. And last but not the least, Salary gets credited on time. The overall work life balance is phenomenal. The guidance provided by the senior management helps us execute our projects. The recent induction of leaders is giving us strength to take up more challenging jobs.

There is no pressure on the people leaving to give proper handover which makes execution dificult at times.
