Nothing specific, but one thing is that they try to pay you at the beginning while you get into the company. And thereafter no hikes or promotions as expected.

Dislikes

No proper hikes, no proper promotion. The project will be random and you won't even expect that at times. Also there is no proper team management and no skilled higher management.

Almost everything, They have a hire and fire kind of policy. Their management ill plans almost everything. They hire people based on speculations and once their speculations don't come true, they lay off their employees. They even lay off even their new joiners. Its pure capitalism. They don't take a hit on their annual revenues andrather they prefer to lay off their employees to keep up with their numbers in the market when it gets tough for them. 1. They need to improve their infrastructure a bit such as a better internet connection, better IT facility, more parking space, etc. 2. They could really put people on the bench to good use by starting some in-house projects. 3. On Work from office days, the office culture feels like a bhindi bazaar. Everybody is having a discussion in open about their respective things/projects in front of everybody else. The office doesn't seem to have enough meeting rooms.
