Nothing, it is a very poor company, no job security. Specifically senior like ARC( Abhijit Roy Chowdhury- The Center head of Kolkata branch) is a terrible, selfish person, he does not any thing regarding the project.

Seniors are not helpful, project owner does know any thing, only their moto is how to terminate the employee.
