Never join in this company. They are unprofessional and unethical. Most of the people in management and legal behave arrogantly with bad attitude, especially legal advisor - Mahi Bala. she treat people very rude and nasty. She yell at the employees with derogatory words. If the management don't like you they will frame allegations on you, from there Mahi Bala will pitch in and get off her past life trauma on you with malevolence without even knowing anything about you. I never seen a women with such mental issues and I could not believe how such people are working in a corporate environment for more than a decade and how board of directors didn't even notice or identify them which concludes the poor standard of the company....Read More

No market revision on salary for existing employees. Most the employees are moving out half heartedly only because of salary concerns. Access can gain more loyal and stabilized employees if a market revision on salary was provided. This can be done atleast for the employees who work for more than 5+ years.

Some of the TL are friends if u have a bad luck your will end up with phyco TL and manager tagging.

They are not even considered you as human , treating like a mechine which related to emotions of your will look deep low If you work hard you will get promotion depends on your TL , if TL had some favour on other partner what ever you do you will not get promoted

Very friendly employees and encourages employees in doing various matrices and working facilities are good in various aspects and we can learn and gain knowledge in different forms. Mostly supportive and motivated team

Just they give good salary not according to market standards due to employee being abscond.

So many points 1. No work life balance 2.If you are joining access healthcare just forget about your family due to work pressure and no leaves. 3.If you want leave compensate that on Saturday it gets mandatory after you complete your ramp. 4.The negative surrounding around you in ensemble denial project everyone just criticizing eachother for joining access healthcare from start of the day 5.As the day start with meeting with quality errors specifically mentioning names and making the employee uncomfortable for that error in front of everyone . 6.This point mostly specify seniors view as the tenured employees gets chance for being auditor. as most of them are leaving the organisation so even incomplete knowledge gets the chance So this are few points to keep you awa...Read More

There is no job security.I took ML and I asked for wfh for 3 months hence my baby is only 4 month old.Actually there is wfh in my project but they told me to come to office they unable to provide wfh.Then they terminate me and mentioned as they unable to reach me and also they told me that they provide wfh but I refused to work there.How worst they were.If they provide wfh then why I have to quit.I'm unable to digest the lie they wrote in that mail....Read More

Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.
