I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. They don't give salaries on time even don't pay also. My 3 month 15 days Salary and 6 month expense are pending since I resigned. Managing Director do not pick calls neither respond to the massages. They keep on changing plans everytime. They ruins life of employees and their families too.
