I like nothing about this ably soft company. No such things that i can mentioned here to praise this company this is the worst i have ever seen . Worst policies, management. Leave system is very poor . Micromanagement is here. Treat employees like robot. If you take short leave then you have to cover that leave on next day otherwise you next leaves will deduct. Top level management other than CEO needs to be improvised and CEO should start believing & giving responsibilities to senior staff so that they can decisions on their own instead of keeping everything in his own hands.

There is micro level management, we have to post the whole day's work in written everyday. Career growth is a little slow if we talk about salary hike.

-Micromanagement -They hire a lot of HRs so they can keep an eye on each and every employee...they will keep track of even the time that you spend in the washroom - You can't talk to people around you The managers are like monitors of school who make a list of students who are talking in the class</mark> - So many useless processes which are quite impractical and difficult to follow in real life - Time logging system (the salary will be deducted if you don't have any task to for the day) Your existence will be questioned if you post time in R&D or any other learning related tasks so it's better you get your salary deducted - They don't trust their employees...Read More
