office politics at local level.. which I disliked and that made me leave the company... I still remember working with one of the best pharma company.

I was unfortunate to have managers like Abm,zbm who encouraged having sales by doing unethical practices. Zonalmanagers of west cardiology divison made us do illigial practices which lead me to leave the job.
