It really depends on your line manager how your career is going to throw. I have learnt a lot here- past 9 months had its own ups and downs- attrition is very high and it can be a bit scary if everyone around you is moving/looking out.

I was unfortunate to have managers like Abm,zbm who encouraged having sales by doing unethical practices. Zonalmanagers of west cardiology divison made us do illigial practices which lead me to leave the job.

I'm in Abbott India, WH division, work culture is Great, Helpful team and managers. You can manage work-life balance very well. Other than that Clara foundation is very helpful for employees. Abbott deserves 4.5/5 for its services towards an employee.
