It is supposed to be a corporate company by definition. But I do not feel so, in fact none of the employees do. If we take our assigned task seriously and work on successfully completing it, Aabasoft will be with us in each and every ups and down. And if we don't, they will do whatever humanly possible to bring about change in us, give time to pull ourselves together and push us to the limits. Keeping aside all the good aspects of working at Aabasoft, salary is my main concern. Compared to industry standards and according to my research and knowledge, salary is relatively low compared to what we do here.
