The only good thing about being here is that you will get to learn, and their package is relatively good compared to other small startups in tricity.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance here, the owners are narcissists. They hold their meeting in their offices where there are no enough chairs to sit for the team and then you have to stand for the hours, they do it intentionally, they dont use their meeting room. They will ask you to sign the bond and then treat you like servant of the company. I have never seen or heard this much toxicity anywhere

The faculty at 75way are highly qualified and they also support all students from beginning to end at every point. 75way gives an opportunity to under-graduates and PG's to give a head start to their career in software field by their interactive training session's.
