Very exciting projects to work upon, amazing learning opportunities of the one who is really deserving. Not a place for lickers as they review performance one to one transparently. Great salary hikes and bonuses. The haters are all fake and is the reason they had to hide their own iden tity. Obviously every company have PROS and CONS but they are transparent to everything so obviously if you are not truth to your experience or your work duties or responsibilities then anybody will have to take strict actions. I am working with this company for more than 2.5 years now and there was endless opportunities to learn here. I see a lot people talks bad about company but basically those are the same people who finds politics or try to create politics in the company for growth instead of based on the skills. If you have skills, you will be directly recognised here and hence will get a lot of exposure and learning. I have been presented with thrice appraisal also in a year. I started as an intern and then junior developer and then software developer and then senior developer worked on lot of technologies and framework.

good working environment, good appraisals, helpful colleagues and the best thing i like is lot of learning and exposure.very supportive management and they allow me 2 months of medical leaves also which i think rare companies allow and compensated me for that also.

i learn a lot here and management was always very supportive.

I found always great learning opportunities. Company is really good if you want to enhance your learning and need better growth opportunities.... i am thankful for the entire team of 75way for making my career.... especially thanks to my mentor.
