I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The company's environment is extremely poor; they provide no learning opportunities and simply waste your time. Both the team lead and manager don't help you in your work though technology is new for you; they're only interested in getting the work done. The HR, Pooja Negi, is incredibly incompetent. During the appointment, she promises payment after 3 months, but when the time comes, they inexplicably terminate you without any explanation and refuse to return your documents.
