Trainer and quality team and HR are supportive

After training they conduct the test in kotak be more app , there were many glitches in the app. Instead of blaming a team who came as a supervisor they prefer to make 10 people to resign and no clearance,not conduct mock calling ,in the job, calling was important they should make the decision on behalf of calling quality but without any reason after 35 days they make us to resign it was my first job and had a very bad experience...Read More

After Working for 35 days top management people forced 10 people out of 15 people batch. There is glitch in Kotak Securities assessment which made us forced to resign. Don't join this company.

There is no any bonus like diwali & other bonus and apperisalif you ask they can directly rejecting there is no policy of any bonus in our organization.

HR response, bonus and apperisal salary delay on every month as per promise date from 1 year of experience only 2 time I received salary on time.

Manager and Hr are liar, don't believe on what they say verbally, always ask them to mail officially to you. Manager is big liar and verbal abuser, he will be threatening you with the loss of job if you don't comply with his non official command. Don't ever join this organisation.
