It's bad company I haven't seen ever how company members talk their employees. They don't have manners how to talk with an employee and you can't talk about your salary if you do then no one will hear you. And the biggest scam is you'll see your CTC 150000 annually, it makes 12500 monthly but you'll get just 9513. Don't ask about deduction ( pf, esic, bonus). Bonus will deduct from salary but you won't get the bonus, as i talked over this topic with assistant manager. And no good pay out. If you're graduated then don't apply this company. My work life is bad. If someone has perfection at their work like he does his work before 8 hours then your target will be increased by head team lead.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
