Company GM Sudipta Das is chested with me he played mind game and resign me. I informed to company staff that when situation become normal then I will join or come to my work but no one cared .I am very sad due to this behaviour of GM Sudipta.

Salary Suggestion

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
