THERE IS NOTHING TO SAY AS THERE IS NO INTERACTION THE THE 2COMS PEOPLE, AS WE WILL BE WORKING IN CLINT LOCATION

SALARY IS DELAYED EVERY TIME, IF ASKED ABOUT IT THAY have no answer. and HR response is not at all good.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
