No salary delay and good place for freshers

No work life balance, very odd shift timings eg 1:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 5 days work from office. Favoritism and specific gender preference. Supervisors do not let you apply for your own leave but swap it with your weekly offs and end up working 9-10 days straight for the next week off.

I love the culture and work life balance. I had a great experience working at 247.ai. I have learned a lot and helped me to accelerate my carrier. Coffee machines are worst and only 2 biscuits brands which feels super cheap. No choice to choose the sugar content in coffee or hot brewages. Need coffe?? Get sugar along with it. However for higher authorities they have separate floor with all good coffee and tea bags with quality snacks. Old and uncomfortable chairs with dust on chairs sometimes and even on keyboard and mouses. Most systems don't have proper screws placed in or with damaged system handles. Employees struggle with finding working headsets and even sometimes fully functional keyboard and mouse. No mouse pads provided and no camera works inside so anyone can steal your mouse pads and get away with it. Medical claim is a joke. Never claimed as the person only will not be there the time we go.
