Filthy work culture, people have lots of time to just sit and criticize anyone for anything and everything rather than focusing on improvement in work.

I had the worst stakeholders, the environment is too political, they do not care about employees all they care about the nepotism, they hire their own relatives who are not competent enough and if anyone raise the voice against it, they get penalized and asked to leave

Here in 1.1 an employee’s job is secured till the work is being getting done according to management else management will start demotivating you yell at you and much more instead of supporting ,guiding, helping to get the things done etc. Work culture is quite average, here an employee is only focused on his/her work just thinking there are Less facilities , Lots of deductions , Less manpower for a respective project/dept. Unnecessary things are being done instead of spending in necessary things. I.e Salary increment , Good and advanced working systems , Advanced technology team , good facilities to employees etc. Management and company policies are good and sometimes terrible depends upon the situation you are in. Lack of management support until it’s being escalated. No increments & No benefits given Lack of HR -Payroll support , Lack of process understanding within payroll team. Things are not being incorporated despite of several communications. Employees are not looked after in terms of everything. No trust is being showed on employees. Require approvals on every small things which can be mutually sorted. The list will go on.. Zero cleanliness, canteens are like a zoo that anybody can come and go any time, windows are always open crows and birds are coming and feeding.

No proper system and sitting chairs everyone has back issues and most air conditioner is always on chilled cooling
