I am working in this process right now. They have been saying that a new chat and email process (that is this one) is coming since last 1yr. And they will tell you to take inbound calls for Dominos "for some time". The call flow is so bad i cant tell you. It will give you head ache and ear ache since headset quality is also bad. They will also deduct 750rs from your first salary for those cheap 250rs headset. They will also not give you complete salary promised to you. They will always deduct some amount and when you go to ask the payment posting team they will have no answer. Amd if you take some extra planned or unplanned leave they will put your salary on hold....Read More

My recent experience working at the company I am currently employed with has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning, there were false promises made during the recruitment process, which were never fulfilled. The HR department lured candidates with enticing benefits and a promising work environment, only to deliver thecomplete opposite. The work ambiance is toxic, with an overwhelming sense of negativity among colleagues. It seems like there is a lack of teamwork and support, creating a hostile and unproductive environment. To make matters worse, the company consistently fails to deliver salaries on time, causing undue financial stress and anxiety for its employees. The HR department, in particular, has repeatedly made false promises regarding salary increments and bonuses, leaving employees feeling deceived and undervalued. Overall, my experience at this company has been one of frustration, broken trust, and disappointment. I can only caution others to think twice before considering employment with a company that displays such unethical practices and a disregard for its employees' well-being....Read More

From HR team to Management of JFL process is scam. They Hire you for Email chat but they put you in calling. Also training is not paid if you are uncertified you will get 0 Rs. Salary also not on time . For salary you will have to run here and there only you will receive salary with deductions

If you will work there as a agent level and you want support from your manager regarding IJP, they will give you that chance, if they didn't have any chance to take from outside, they will conduct IJP for showoff and after taking all round of interview they desolve that IJP and give excuse like he/she is not ready 100% if the manager will not give the opportunity then how the freshers will learn and if agent face any issues in his/her payment HR will not care about that....Read More
