As a Car Park Executive you must ensure that the kerb operations are running smoothly, VIP Movement Management, Managing the Kerb and touting activities, coordination with PMS provider for upkeep of the car park system and parking infrastructures. Managing Kerb Traffic and congestion, coordination with other departments like Security and Housekeeping for upkeep and managing the Kerb, Parking facilities.
Responsibilities: -
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
Handle lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
Collaborate with security personnel in handling incidents and emergencies.
Provide exceptional service to passengers at the kerbside, directing them to the appropriate services, and answering inquiries.
Monitor and manage vehicle flow at the kerbside, ensuring compliance with airport regulations and safety protocols.
Ensure that the kerb is free of congestion all times and vehicles exit without delay. Ensure revenue generation without leakages for kerb parking tickets. Managing VIP vehicles and Loading dock vehicles.
Work closely with airport personnel, including security, baggage handling, Housekeeping, and transportation services, to ensure efficient operations.
Address any issues or complaints from passengers promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
Ensure adherence to airport policies, procedures, and safety regulations always.
Ensure touts for cab / taxi are kept in check and such activities should not flourish / operate at any given point of time.
Initiating checks and balance to pro-actively eliminate any possibility of touting activity or any other fail case of operations, which can lead to revenue loss or customer experience loss.
Relay important information to passengers regarding flight status, transportation options, and airport facilities.
Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions, incidents, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Requirement
Qualifications: -
Graduate with any area of specialization, relevant certifications in customer service or airport operations are a plus.
Candidates should have good Computer/ IT Skills such as MS office and Email correspondence.
Should have good business communication skills both written and spoken English language and having knowledge of written/spoken local language. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Proficient in using communication equipment and technology.
Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years of handling Kerb operations
Familiarity with airport operations, regulations, parking operations, kerb management, taxi/ cab operations and safety standards.
Willingness to work in various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Willing to relocate to Jewar / nearby location.
