Manage overall performance of Terminal Operations Team; establish, enforce and review SOPs, policies and guidelines pertaining to the team
Manage passenger processes to ensure enhanced passenger experience as per the defined customer experience strategy of the airport; provide safe environment and facilitate passenger movement; work towards achieving the highest Airport Service Quality
Ensure operational efficiency as per the airports concept of operations; implement the same in coordination with the stakeholders including airlines, ground handlers and government stakeholders
Act as a nodal officer to handle all emergency and crisis situations that may occur in the PTB.
Coordinate with all internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient day to day operations

Stakeholder management
Candidate shall have 8-10 Years of relevant experience, Greenfield Airport and or Hospitality experience is preferred
Candidate with strong customer facing process adherence and day to day operations is preferred
Proficiency in Building evacuations and handling of Airport Emergencies
