The ORAT Coordinator will report to the Head of ORAT and will be involved in many aspects of ORAT, managing different tasks related to the organization and execution of familiarization, induction, training and trials in coordination with the other ORAT team members. The prime responsibility of the job holder will be the preparation, organization and coordination of all the trial events and its logistics as well as its execution and supervision on ground.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, Operations Management, Business Process Management or similar
- Very good English skills spoken and written
- Problem solving and can-do attitude
- Open, questioning mindset and team capable
- Customer focused
- Self-reliant and able to drive topics
- efficient & clear communication skills
- Organizational talent
- Affinity for digital tools and solutions
