Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Inventory Management and ensure maintenance of accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages. Conduct regular physical inventory checks.
Coordinate with user for quality managementof all store supplies.
Support to LS to demonstrate commitment to continual improvement practices through team participation and resulting in standards like Kaizen, 5S, ISO/ISM certification, to bring up the level of Facilities at par if not above the best industry benchmarks.
Ensure that materials are stored in a safe and accessible manner.
Implement best practices for storage, including proper handling and disposal of materials.
Maintain comprehensive records of all store transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
Generate regular reports on inventory status.
Diligent and timely submission of MIS practices & all reports.
Maintain the quality and condition of stored materials and update to LS
Insure security measures to prevent theft or damage.
Support in Collaboration and Communication with various other departments including procurement, maintenance, and operations, to fulfil their material needs to LS
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials.
Develop, establish, and audit procedures for operating under Emergency conditions.
SAP Posting and record all in and out transections.
Moving to all related sites of airport regularly to check the inventory.
Coordinate with security to complete all formalities of security for material IN and OUT.
Close watch to team working in store to avoid any malfunction.
Maintain safe environment and culture in Store operations.
Document verification in all receiving and issue process.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification
Bachelor s degree (Accounts, Engineering etc).
Additional certification in relevant courses or experiences
Relevant Experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in store management of large infrastructure project
Airport experience would be an advantage.
