Job Description
- Respond to customer queries via email, phone call, and any other mandated channel
- Keep track of deadlines and ensure that customers issues are resolved in time
- Work with different departments to find optimum solutions
- Improve customer experience and quality of service
- Be proactive in recording customer inquiries and feedback
- Passion for helping customers and resolving issues faced by customers
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to speak well to customers
- Proficient in Hindi and English required, knowledge of any other Southern languages is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service and knowledge of customer care software such as Freshdesk preferred
