Native Android + Flutter Full Time Min Experience : 2 - 4 Year

Who we are: Native Android + Flutter Engineer Looking for a passionate mobile application engineer who should be excited to lead, develop, design, and publish a stable Mobile app to support our rapidly growing DTC and B2B business. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience with Android applications and Flutter, with a sound understanding of Android Architecture, Framework, Android SDK, Core Java, Android Studio IDE, Android Debugger and Flutter(optional). The mobile developer will be responsible for app development.
You need to keep up with fast-paced changes in terms of best practices for coding, newer technology, frameworks, security and maintenance. This role will also help in defining the road map for Ninety One mobile app assets.
Most importantly, this role is for someone hands-on, an idea-generator, loves problem-solving, quick learner and wants to have a major impact on our success.
Role & Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in building mobile applications - native and Flutter applications
- Expert in UI components & controls: Widgets, Fragments, CL, etc.
- Expert in basic components of Android: Activity, Services, Intent, Broadcast Receiver, Content Provider
- Good working experience on Web Service Integration (REST, JSON) & cloud technologies - AWS, GCM, Firebase
- Experience in using analytics and social APIs, SMS gateway, media content trans-coding, and cloud integration
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, or other version control tools
- Ability to write readable code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and refactor the previously written code into a readable state
- Work in close collaboration with the team across the organization and develop apps as per business needs.
- Be Ninety One!s go-to expert on mobile apps and keeping up with new trends in the mobile space.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Android mobile applications development with a sound understanding of Android Architecture, Framework, Android SDK, Core Java, Android Studio IDE, Android Debugger
- Must have two or more Android apps developed and deployed on the AppStore/Google Play or available on Github
- Should have a strong command of Kotlin & JAVA language
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Knowledge of Jetpack libraries and compose design is a must
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
- Hands-on experience with MVVM or MVP architecture
- Strong experience with mobile Database like Realm or SQLite with Room
- Candidate with experience in Kotlin is highly preferred
- Knowledge of flavors / Build variants
- Knowledge of Flutter is a plus
