Manage Voice Support to customers.
Should have a High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Requirements:

Preferred candidate profile for Customer Service Associate role in Howrah

Bachelor s degree
Excellent English communication skills.
Must be willing to work the night shift
A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
Capable of handling a high number of inbound and outbound calls.
Must be willing to work in the office
Candidates preferred from Howrah district
A candidate who are pursuing their graduation from distance learning too can apply but ensure that examinations are after 06 months from the date of joining.

Job Stability and IJP is the two thing I like most about the company

Apart IJP and job Stability there's nothing good, do not expect to get any appraisal in current position unless you get promotion, There's lot of politics happening in management level which is concerning.
