Job Description
As an SAP Concur Consultant at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Concur solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert advice, and ensure successful deployment and integration of SAP Concur systems. Your role is crucial in enhancing clients' travel and expense management processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP Concur implementation.
- Configure SAP Concur modules (Travel, Expense, Invoice) to meet client-specific requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for travel and expense management using SAP Concur.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure configurations meet the specified requirements.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to clients' end-users and administrators to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the SAP Concur system.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including system updates, enhancements, and resolving technical issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and support materials.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in SAP Concur and continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Concur modules (Travel, Expense, Invoice).
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP Concur solutions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP Concur consulting, implementation, or related roles.
- SAP Concur certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules and integration with SAP Concur is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
