Job Description
As a Salesforce Consultant at WN Infotech, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing expert guidance and support in Salesforce implementation and optimization projects. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, configuring Salesforce solutions, conducting training sessions, and ensuring successful project delivery. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements for Salesforce implementation.
- Configure Salesforce solutions to meet client needs, including customization, workflows, and data migration.
- Conduct training sessions for client end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce platform.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce implementations, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data migration using tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting roles.
- Experience working with clients in various industries and understanding their unique business requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working in Agile projects is a plus.
