Job Description
As a Salesforce Architect at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to meet the organization's business needs. You will lead the technical architecture and design discussions, develop customized solutions, and provide guidance on best practices to optimize the Salesforce platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations, to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide recommendations for optimal system design.
- Architect Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices, scalability, and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in the implementation of Salesforce solutions and adherence to coding standards.
- Perform technical reviews, code assessments, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and other Salesforce development technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware platforms (e. g. , MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including complex customizations and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
