Lead HR Operations and HR Technology - Financial Industry
This position is for our esteemed client based in India and below is the detailed JD for relevant candidates to apply:
- Lead the HR Operational and HR Technology activities for the organization across locations.
- Develop and execute HR operational strategies to ensure excellent employee experience.
- HR Technology Implementation & Management: Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of HR technology.
- Manage the daily operations of the HR department and employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration with existing HRMS infrastructure.
- Analyze current HR processes and recommend technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Ensure alignment of HR systems with organizational policies, compliance, and industry standards with timely filing of labour compliance and returns.
- Partner with other HR team members, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Also, act as a point of contact between HR teams and technical teams for issue resolution and updates.
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of HR systems. Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across all HR platforms.
- Develop training programs for HR teams and end-users to ensure smooth adoption of HR technology.
- Timely update the HR Policies and ensure smooth employee life-cycle with 100% efficient HR operational activities.
- Oversee employee performance, succession planning, manage operational activities for appraisal process and employee grievance and HR queries.
- Leverage HR technology to create dashboards, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics and develop reports to track progress and success.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals for HR Operations and Technology.
- Analyse HR processes and recommend improvements to optimize operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant HR Operations & HR Technology experience - should have managed large employee numbers.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop new ideas to solve HR challenges.
- Attention to detail, especially when keeping HR records.
- The ability to lead and manage a team.
- A good understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- The ability to handle a fast-paced and busy work environment.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
