HR Operations - Lead
Hiring for a leading Electronics Appliances manufacturing company.
Location: NCR /NOIDA
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (50%):
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create hiring plans.
- Use multiple sourcing strategies, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, and candidate assessments.
- Ensure a strong employer brand presence through innovative hiring strategies.
- Work on TA analytics and hiring reports to optimize recruitment efficiency.
HR Generalist Responsibilities (50%):
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and employee feedback sessions.
- Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives to ensure an inclusive work environment.
Performance Management & Learning & Development:
- Assist in the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Identify training needs and collaborate with the L&D team for employee development programs.
- Support leadership in career development and succession planning initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, and exits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations cases.
- Maintain and update HR systems, HRIS, and employee records
