KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee end-to-end recruitment & on boarding of candidates for all support functions and manufacturing units.
2. Develop innovative and scalable sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets in line with business requirements.
3. Explore various talent sourcing tools including internal job posting, employee referral programs, company webpage, recruitment portals, campus placements and recruitment consultants.
4. Source and on board the right recruitment partners by evaluating their performance, cost competitiveness and credentials.
5. Work with different functions to ensure position-specific job description and specifications are up to date and reflect market realities.
6. Negotiate & make offers based on inputs from HRBPs and the Compensation & Benefits Team.
7. Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates and share their details with respective stakeholders, for further actions.
8. Review recruitment and on boarding related strategies, policies, dependencies, processes and systems, and collect and monitor critical metrics to make improvements and deliver superior candidate and stakeholder experience.
9. Work on creating a compelling employer brand for attracting talent (social media platforms like FB, Naukri, LinkedIn, Glassdoor).
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Graduation (any) or MBA/PGDM (Human Resources) from Tier 2/Tier 3 institute.
WORK EXPERIENCE- 12-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles
