Job Opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Head/Lead for an Edtech company in Mumbai.
Experience: 5 to 15 years
Preferred candidates: Candidates working in Startup/ Fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including bulk, lateral, and leadership hiring.
- Source, screen, and select candidates through various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs.
Strategy and Planning:
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company's manpower requirements.
- Forecast staffing needs and proactively plan for upcoming hiring demands across different departments.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure proper distribution of hiring efforts based on urgency and scale, especially managing high-volume recruitment processes.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors for specialized positions.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and other talent sources.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
- Implement technology and automation tools to streamline the recruitment workflow.
Leadership Hiring:
- Handle senior-level searches and placements, working closely with leadership to understand and deliver on strategic needs.
- Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in leadership hiring processes.
Performance Under Pressure:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and urgent hiring needs.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines without compromising quality.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on recruitment status, challenges, and successes.
