Head - Marketing - PropTech (7-15 yrs)

Job Opportunity for Head- Marketing- Proptech Company- Mumbai

Location : Prabhadevi (Western Mumbai)

Preferred candidates will be from D2C / Start-up / Real estate industry.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on Brand building, Traditional, Digital marketing strategies and campaign management.

- Proven track record of successfully leading marketing campaigns that have driven tangible business results.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing teams.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying marketing messages to various audiences.

- Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, informing marketing strategies and tactics.

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.

- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data-driven insights and optimize future campaigns accordingly.

- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional assets, ensuring brand consistency.
