Job Title : Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Summary :
The Talent Acquisition Lead will drive the recruitment strategy and execution for the organisation, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to support business growth. This role requires a seasoned recruiter with deep expertise in the financial services sector, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for various positions, focusing on senior and niche roles.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including the use of social media, recruitment campaigns, and partnerships with external agencies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining high levels of communication and feedback.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles within the organisation.
- Oversee the implementation of recruitment tools and systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and regularly report on performance and outcomes to leadership.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the financial services industry.
- Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the hiring process.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.
Key Requirements :
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 10+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior and specialized roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and trends, particularly within financial services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in building and managing recruitment teams and external recruitment partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
