Position Overview: Seeking a Head of HR Technology and Analytics to lead global HR technology initiatives and establish a robust HR analytics function.
The role focuses on:
- Overseeing the deployment, customization, and integration of SAP SuccessFactors for HR modules globally, ensuring seamless configuration, testing, and adoption.
- Driving digital adoption and optimizing processes by collaborating with consultants, stakeholders, and partners.
- Developing a data-driven HR analytics function to provide actionable insights on key metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Technology Management:
- Lead end-to-end implementation, updates, and customization of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., T&A, RCM, EC, PMS, Onboarding, Learning, Intranet).
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical or business issues.
Ensure system configuration aligns with business needs and best practices.
Change Management & Training:
- Oversee user training, system testing, and quality assurance for HR tech products.
- Support digital adoption and engagement through communication and training initiatives.
HR Analytics:
- Create and automate reports using SuccessFactors and internal tools.
- Develop critical HR metrics, track trends, and provide insights to improve retention, optimize costs, and drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP SuccessFactors) are a plus.
Experience:
- 12-15+ years in HR technology and analytics, including hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end HR tech implementations and setting up analytics functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and shared services.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in SuccessFactors configuration and integration with enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in Excel, automation tools, and Gen AI.
- Experience with data migration, testing, and validation.
