What You'll Achieve :

Key achievements include attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a positive culture, and driving diversity and inclusion. They enhance leadership development, implement technology for data-driven decisions, and ensure compliance with labour laws.
You will:
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention processes to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Track utilisation and productivity of employees; suggest and implement a continuous improvement methodology.
Learning and Development:
- Create and manage team and employee-wise learning paths to support their career growth.
- Partner with the right organisations to create and maintain training content for onboarding and regular training.
- Implement a Learning Management System to drive the learning initiatives.
Employee Culture and Engagement:
- Define the organisation's culture, values, and desired behaviours, and communicate them to all employees.
- Design engaging R&R programs to promote desired behaviour.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Design and implement an end-to-end HRMS to manage the complete employee lifecycle from Hire to Retirement, including onboarding, training, performance management, engagement, retention, and exit management.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems that promote high performance, provide regular feedback and support employee development.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Regularly benchmark compensation and benefits with the market and ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs that can attract the best talent.
Essential Requirements:
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent, specialization in HR is good to have but not a necessity
- 10+ years of experience in leading the HR function of a 500 - 1,000 FTE organization.
- Must have : Experience with the rollout and management of HRMS systems.
Desirable Requirement:
Good to have : Experience in e-commerce/ technology / SaaS product companies.
