Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director/Director to lead our HR Operations & Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, and Learning & Development teams globally.
This leader will be directly responsible for Talent Operations and Total Rewards programs and will oversee the HR Business Partnering and Learning & Development functions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in HR strategy, operations, processes, policies, analytics, HR technology, compensation and benefits, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor the HR Operations & Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, and Learning & Development teams.
- Partner with the Head of People & Culture and senior leadership to drive organizational performance and culture.
HR Operations & Total Rewards:
- Design, implement & administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with global compensation and benefits regulations.
- Develop and manage HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions.
- Optimize HR processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
HR Business Partnering:
- Provide strategic HR support to business leaders and managers.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies.
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Learning & Development:
- Oversee the design and delivery of learning and development programs.
- Develop leadership and talent development strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Mitigate HR-related risks and address compliance issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- 15 years of progressive leadership experience in HR operations, total rewards, business partnering and Learning & Development in IT services companies.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, latest changes in statutory norms, compensation and benefits strategies, and HR systems.
- Good technology understanding and ability to use technology tools/ AI on a day to day basis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Very good listening, problem solving and influencing skills.
- Ability to work with varieties of team members and stakeholders seamlessly.
- Should possess a strategic bent of mind with a focus on excellence in execution.
- Global experience is preferred.
