Designation : Business Head - eCommerce/D2C/ Online

Qualification : Any graduate / MBA from premiere/reputed institutes

Experience :

- 15+ years of E-Commerce/Digital/ MT/Key Account/Sales/ Omni/ D2C and Online experience is must from reputed FMCG /Food OTC/Consumer Healthcare or Personal Care/Beauty Care organizations.

Role:

- This role will be responsible for managing the E-Commerce/Digital/MT/Key Account/Sales/ Omni/D2C business and managing the P&L for the channels, delivering on short term and long term plans, including delivered against budget.

- Maximizing online sales performance through effective management and development of the team, ensuring the long term strategy is at the heart of all decisions.

- Setting KPIs and tactical changes.

- Ensuring exceptional customer service and journey from landing on the site, through to product delivery including click and collect from the brand's extensive retail network.

- Liaising and influencing cross-functionally within the senior management team, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged on Ecommerce activity, projects and strategy, and knowledge, assistance, and insight are acquired where needed.

- Candidate should have a stable career with contributions at each of the places.
