The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR functions, including employee records management, payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. This role acts as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or PHR) is a plus.

Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.

- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
