As an Application Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery for multiple client engagements in the Insurance space. You will be supporting in presales activities, building team for successful delivery and running delivery by managing teams encompassing developers, analysts, and architects, ensuring successful delivery and customer delight. You will also collaborate with other stakeholders, such as business analysts, project managers, and solution architects, to understand the client's requirements, scope, and expectations. You will oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, from planning and design, to development and testing, to deployment and support. You will also monitor the performance, quality, and risks of the data solutions, and provide timely and accurate reports and feedback to senior management and clients.
Years of experience needed -
- Over 20 years of IT experience managing and leading delivery for Applications and Infra services, including cloud
- 8+ years of experience in providing solutions and leading engagements to clients in Insurance industry (P&C)
- 8+ years of experience in Program / Delivery Management
- Experience in stakeholder management and interactions across levels across multiple clients
- Experience in driving and supporting business growth, especially with new logos
- Strong Communication with Client Executives and Internal Executives
- Strong Program Management skills managing P&C Insurance engagements.
- Hands on experience in handling project / programs in Insurance domain with technology spanning across custom build applications and COTS products
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Thorough understanding of Execution / Commercial models
- Hands on experience in handling P&L, BHC forecasting and Revenue forecasting
- Hands on experience in handling People / Vendor management
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and problem-solving ability
Technical Skills:
- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
- Experience on managing development and production support projects
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for the programs, people and vendors
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Resolve projects higher scope issues
