- ~15 years of experience in delivering software solutions/ business applications to enterprises product incubation including architecture, design and development of highly scalable software products.

- This role is a combination of Business Development, Consulting and Delivery supervision function. The candidate should be able to engage customers and prospects in consultative sales, work with the current delivery team (including delivery managers) for project planning and project reviews, work to grow the practice and build the team in a sustained manner.

- Strong project management experience in relational databases, Business Intelligence and Analytical Reporting using AGILE / SCRUM Methodologies.

- The candidate will take responsibility for revenue numbers, and the unit P&L.

- The primary target customer segment for these offerings is going to be the international market. Some opportunities are likely to come from our existing customers - being serviced for ERP/ CRM by other Business Units. The role however requires significant focus to be put on new customer acquisitions, and development of new partnerships.
