As one of the largest providers of Microsoft Business Applications, we specialize in ERP, CRM, Analytics, and Mobility Solutions built on the Dynamics 365 suite of products and the Power Platform.

Role Responsibility -

Lead the implementation of D365 FSCM modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, and related functionalities.

Conduct requirements gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis.

Configure and customize D365 FSCM modules to meet client requirements.

Provide end-user training and support post-implementation.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Prepare functional specifications and work with developers on customizations.

Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposals.

Stay updated with the latest features and updates in D365 FSCM and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications -

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 FSCM.

Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain Management processes. Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations of D365 FSCM.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
